Papaya #1: MALE FLOWER
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A 10ft tall male Papaya (Carica papaya / Family Caricaceae) tree full of flowers is at the Hunt Grove, Merritt Island, Florida, USA.
This is an unique specimen since all Papaya trees sold in the USA these days are self-pollinating (male and female flowers both are in the same tree) thereby eliminating the need to have separate male and female plants to produce fruits.
This tree never bore any fruit.
