Tübingen Holzmarkt Panorama

This is a panorama picture of the Lumber Market (Holzmarkt). The homepage of Tübingen explains: "Hermann Hesse spent some time (1895 – 1899) as an apprentice in the red house at Heckenhauer bookseller and surely enjoyed the view of the Collegiate's nuptial gateway and stairs. The Collegiate Church dominates the square which serves as a meeting place for many, as well as a marketplace. The lower city, Pfleghof, Neue Strasse and Neckargasse are accessible from there. "

The book shop is the red building in the center of the picture. It seems now to be a coffee shop.
