Community Restaurant, Kodak Box Camera

From the first roll I have run thru my "newest" camera - a Kodak Cartridge Hawk-Eye No.2 Model C box camera.

I came across this scene while working in Zeeland a couple of weeks ago. It was a bright sunny day and I had some Acros 100 film with me, so I decided to take this camera for it's maiden voyage :-)

I am surprised how nice the pictures are from this old camera, which is not much more than a cardboard box!

It produces 6x9 negatives, which I think helps a lot with the quality of the image.

I will definitely be using this camera again. Maybe next time with some Ektar 100. Or, I have some very old expired Plus-X I could run thru this camera - it may be a good fit :-)
