A Lost World
The fog today was unbelievably thick and lasted well into the afternoon. I took the opportunity to grab the camera and jump in the car with the kids to search out some atmospheric locations.
As it happened, just down the road from where I live is this amazing relic of the great Halifax textile industry.
I wish I could have spent more time photographing this decaying monument, to do it justice and reflect on how this must have once been a thriving hub of industrialisation and activity.
