If looks could kill

Little Owl (Athene noctua) stares a hole through a Grey Squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis)

 

My attention was initially on the Little Owl when I noticed it kept staring down.

 

Fortunately I was far enough away that I could zoom out and get both in the picture
