Christmas Tree, Front Parlor, Kip's Castle, Essex County, NJ
Kip’s Castle, in Essex County, New Jersey, originally known as “Kypsburg,” is an historic mansion completed in 1905 and built for textile inventor Frederic Ellsworth Kip and his wife, Charlotte Bishop Williams.
The house was sold after Charlotte’s passing in 1926 and changed hands several times before the county bought and restored it as an historic site. It's decorated for Christmas every year. Here's the tree in the front parlor.
