My husband's family is from the south which means that occasionally I get requests for southern goodies. We just had a huge crawfish boil with crawfish sent in from Louisiana (you can't get them here). With the leftovers, we had whole wheat linguine with crawfish tails, andouille sausage and peas in a garlic and olive oil sauce. So delicious! It's re-created here.
