TODAYSART 2009 - Exit
Arno Schuitemaker, a graduate from the Technical University in Delft, decided to radically change his career by studying Dance. Today, he is a highly acclaimed and award-winning choreographer.
Together with three male dancers, Kim-Jomi Fischer, Ryan Djojokarso, Oscar Padrosa, and composer Jörgen de Blonde, Schuitemaker created the dance performance Exit, in which the audience is seated around the dance area. Exit is based on the growing urge of people to break free from our complex existence, with the dancers portraying this struggle through raw, dynamic dance and relativistic humor.
