Nice cool broth with a good balance between savoury, vinegary and sweet.

A bottle of hot English mustard and vinegar were on hand to give it some more kick if desired. The mustard is great on the noodles, but I try to keep my soup untainted :)

We had a simple and quick dinner, but we noticed that their firepot dinners were quite popular at AUD29.90 per pot.

 

Overall, their food was quite good. We'll be back!
