Nutrition for growth: The potato farmer's tale

Zamzam lives in Kikomeko village in Luwero, Uganda where she is a commercial farmer cultivating potato plants. She has over four years experience of cultivating different varieties of orange sweet potato.

The orange sweet potatoes, developed and distributed by UK aid partner HarvestPlus, contain more vitamin A than a normal sweet potato - helping children to grow up healthy

The UK will co-host the Nutrition for Growth event on 8 June to tackle undernutrition, enabling people and nations to prosper.
