Night at the Aquarium
Under near pitch-black conditions, Dr. Greg Barord welcomed his marine biology students and their parents to a 'Night at the Aquarium' after normal classroom hours. Students pointed low-light flashlights with color gels at the specimens to see them under different light. Many are nocturnal, behave differently and even appear differently under night conditions. Just before feeding the stargazer, a potentially dangerous fish that's venomous and may cause electric shocks, the group convened in the classroom to discuss their observations.
