The home of Joseph Chamberlain, arguably the greatest Mayor of Birmingham yet, who cleared away the slums and built Corporation Street, as well as organising sewage, gas and electricity systems for the city.
The architect was his namesake John Henry Chamberlain whose other great buildings include the School of Art.
Highbury is now owned by the City and used for functions, weddings and the like.
