New Years Sky

View large to see these details better: The moon, (overexposed,) Venus, Mercury and Jupiter as well as some stars and a few plane contrails are visible. Here is a close-up of Mercury and Venus:

25 second exposure, Aperture 5, Focal Length 16 mm, ISO 800.

Shot was taken on a tripod rotated to give this angle. There is no processing or special filters. Now I might try to neaten up with photoshop but I don't think I could add much except enhance the color on the horizon.
