Italian meat-balls #1

2 slices of stale bread,

750g. of beef forcemeat,

1 egg,

15g. of minced parsley,

45g. of grated Parmesan,

1 minced garlic clove,

1 tea spoon of salt,

1/4 tespoon of ground black pepper

2 spons of olive oil

 

It is very simple recipe to make by yourself, fast and better than notorious rissoles. Cooking takes approximately 10 minutes to prepare and mix all of the components, and 15 of fring-up.
