Char Siu

BBQ pork, or Char Siu as its called in Cantonese is quite different in Malaysia. Its a lot less sweet than the Hong Kong style BBQ pork which is what we typically get in Australia. Malaysian BBQ pork is much more savoury and I don't know if they use fattier meat but man this stuff explodes in your mouth with fat, juicy BBQ-ed soy sauce goodness.
