Anadama Bread
This bread looks like it would be a hearty, wheaty sort of bread, but is actually incredibly light and fluffy - nearly the texture of some store-bought white breads. It has a nice, deep molasses flavor (I used dark molasses, though the recipe calls for using the lightest, most refined molasses you can find - I couldn't find anything light at my local co-op).

I had planned to use KA Bread Flour, but forgot and used standard KA All-Purpose instead.
