Jacob's Carlton Flyer
Jacob needs big frames. He also loves vintage bikes, so when a Carlton road frame with beaucoup beausage came along on eBay, he snatched it. There were a few minor issues with it that he wanted fixed:

1. Big dent on the under the chainstay near the BB. This is cosmetic only, so I filled it with JB weld.

2. Seat lug was a bit smoooshed, possibly from overtightening on a too small diameter seatpost. This was repaired with an expanding Stein frame quill.

3. Weld repaired drive side dropout. There was a desire to drill and retap for dropout screws, but concern that this would weaken the weld area made us decide to just do a file cleanup

4. Spread to 126mm in the rear droputs
