The Civil Administration is the Israeli body responsible for the handling of all civilian matters within the Judea and Samaria region. It is part of a larger unit named COGAT (Coordinator of Governmental Activities in the Territories), and collaborates closely with the Palestinian Authority as well as the Israeli government in order to operate public services and better the life quality of civilians residing in the region.
