On Monday, August 17th, 2020, the first ever joint exercise between the Israeli Air Force (IAF) and the Luftwaffe (the German Air Force) began in Germany. In addition to IAF and NATO members joining the Air Forces for aerial maneuver practice, the exercise included a historic joint flyby of the Dachau concentration camp & the site of the 1972 Munich Olympics massacre.
