Yuya and Tjuya probably received this ornamental chest as a gift from their son-in-law, Amenhotep III, whose name and that of his wife Tiye appear on it.
Perhaps a container for cosmetics or jewelry, the chest contains a repeated text: “all life and prosperity.”
