Farm to Bakery-Wild Hive mill and bakery
The Farm to Bakery grant project hosted an event with bakers at Wild Hive Farm bakery and mill, in Clinton Corners, New York.
Don Lewis gave a tour of his mill, and Alton Earnhart discussed growing grains in Duchess county.
Bakers brought samples of products made with local grains, and discussed what it was like to work with different flours.
