Ever since they refaced this building on W. Broad St., I've loved the type they used for the building number - both the overlap and the diminishing weight as it moves from left to right.. I wasn't sure of how this would turn out since the signage is red and the building a dull beige behind it, but there's a richness to the numbers that stuck out, and the shadows behind them help separate the sign from the building.
I don't know if the letters are lit up at night, but if they are, I'd love to get a shot of this in the dark with some color film.
A final note: This came from my first roll of film for my photography class. Most of the roll shows just how much of a rush job I did, unfortunately, but maybe I can save some in when I make prints in the darkroom.
