Sweets created in highland
One day in December 2005 I was looking on the Internet for recipes on how to use Frigola, the tiny pearl-sized toasted Italtian pasta and I stumbled upon Chocolate & Zucchini , where I did find a recipe for Frigola.
I enjoyed the sincere yet enjoyable writing of Clotilde Dusoulier, the owner of the site, about her posted recipes. I was curious enough to try out a few recipes, sweets as well as savories.

Well, the rest is history...I could say that Chocolate&Zucchini was where it all started for me: I learned to bake sweets and this newfound hobby has opened up an delicious journey for me.
