Throwing these up here so my sis can have a look. So which is Flickr's favorite???
There really isn't a better description than "little black dress", unless you mention that it is entirely covered with sparkling sequins.
When the time came to receive the VC pin I'm wearing, I was a little naughty. I slipped off the shrug I had been wearing and gave the president a challenge of finding space among the sequins for a pin. She wisely delegated this problem to the evening's organiser, Amanda, who soon discovered that the only place for a pin was a shoulder strap.
Thank you Amanda, Coleen and all the VC girls. I'm thilled to be one of you and now I have the pin to prove it!
Another view of yesterday's dress which is an all time favourite. This time I have taken off the little jacket to give a better view of the dress style.
The monarchy and therefore the government is promoting the wearing of traditional Thai clothes during Songkran (the Thai New Year) this year. So far I haven't seen anyone walking around like these dancers I came across at a shopping mall a few years ago, but if I did, the women would probably be dressed a lot like this.
I made Tansy a new dress for Easter, I would like to make a little half apron to go with it too but I am not sure when I will find time at the moment. Life is just so busy at the moment.
I followed the tutorial on Martha Boers's site again.
This style of dress just so suits my Tansy......the little faun girl who loves to dress-up as a human! ((^_^))
I thought I had lost this picture which I had taken about 10 years ago. I found it on the internet purely by accident. The quality of the image is not very good but I always thought it was my best picture from my early crossdressing days. It was around this time in 2003 when I started making an effort to do makeup and hair. The shoes are a pair I bought at Walmart.
