Trip along the Gulf of St Lawrence coastline... Stopped at Riviere-au-Tonnerre for sunset, watched the ebb and flow from waves, enjoyed listening to the sound from the waves …
There was no cell signal driving from Sept-Iles to Havre-Saint-Pierre, few residents along the coastline, really felt remote…

The Flow Country is an area of deep peat, dotted with bog pools, in the north of Scotland. It covers nearly 800 square miles and the peat, which has been forming since the last Ice Age, is up to 10m deep.
Water does not resist. Water flows.
When you plunge you hand into it, all you feel is a caress.
Water is not a solid wall, it will not stop you.
But water always goes where it wants to go and nothing in the end can stand against it.
Water is patient.
Dripping water wears away a stone.

These days I can rely on the camera vibration reduction and shoot 1/4 or 1/3 seconds exposure handheld.
As I mostly do not carry a tripod around, I have to rely on the vibration reduction function of the camera. Even in slightly slow shutter speeds such as this. This was taken handheld at 1/3 sec, and Nikon has excelled in its vibration reduction.
