Everyone has different passions, but one of mine is definitely getting out into the woods and finding a new trail to hike. This particular adventure unfortunately involved some angry wasps and more than 25 stings across my family (my wife accounted for 15 of those!) Life can be like that, involving some hurts and stings, but I would rather experience live vibrantly even if it comes with some pain. You can stay safe on the sidelines but will discover somewhere down the line that life passed you by because you were too afraid to engage. So on to the next adventure! I used the Samyang AF 14mm F2.8 for Canon RF this shot. My coverage of the lens:

Several weeks ago I went hiking with a friend to a place I'd never been - Oiseau Rock in Quebec. You have to hike in about four kilometers from the trailhead to reach a crystal clear lake at the top of a cliff. From the overlook you can see the broad Ottawa River, and, in the distance here, you can see the Atomic Energy of Canada nuclear plant in Chalk River, Ontario. I carried the super light Canon EOS M3 along with multiple lenses - a kit that covered from 19mm to 320mm - and didn't even notice the weight. Awesome! Check out the video review of the Canon M3 here:

Technical Information: Canon EOS M3, Rokinon 12mm f/2 NCS, Processed in Adobe Lightroom CC, Photoshop CC, and Alien Skin Exposure X (Coming Soon!)
