Discovered in the Sanctuary of Juno Lucina at Norba (see on Pleiades) in 1903.

Stolen from the Museo Nazionale Romano in 1943; cataloged in a Swiss private collection in 1967; donated to the Museum zu Allerheiligen in Schaffhausen in 1991; restituted to the MNR in July 2020.
