Bajji is a common hot and crispy tea time snack in south india especially during rainy season. Bajji is a simple dish prepared by dipping any sliced vegetable in the gram flour batter and deep frying it. Bajji can be prepared with Onion, Potato, Plantain, Eggplant / brinjal, Ladies finger (and even Bread slices) sliced into thin pieces and are dipped in Batter and deep fried in oil.
