These Turkey Vultures will make short work of this Cormorant carcass.

When there has been damage to the cans or they need to pick up one or drop off a can for a new customer, this is the kind of truck they send.. Happy Truck Thursday, Everybody!!!!!!

A battered waste container/skip, Nottingham 2018.

GMTX 3306 is a fine-looking, snoot-nosed "SD40-2" that's heading towards North Platte, NE on the UP Kansas Sub. This is at Menoken Jct., on a westbound manifest out of Kansas City. I believe that it has now been rebuilt as an SD38-2. From what I understand, the unit is bound for a Waste Management landfill near Arlington, OR, across the river from BNSF's Roosevelt Yard.

This unit began life as the UP 3415 in 1978, and after a stint in a truly awful-looking LTEX/PRLX patch job, it ended up in fresh GMTX blue and white. Now, it's resplendent in this new "Waste Management" scheme that's quite reminiscent of the old BN scheme.
