Commission of Inquiry on the DPRK Presents Report

Shigeo Iizuka, Chairman of the Association of Families of Victims Kidnapped by North Korea gives his testimony at the United Nations. The United Nations Commission of Inquiry on North Korea formally presented its report to the Human Rights Council March 17, 2014.
