High Commissioner Zeid Opens HRC 30

The 30th Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC) opened September 14 at the United Nations Office at Geneva. U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein delivered the opening address.
