On the eve of International Women's Day, Executive Coach Tanya M. Odom led UN leaders and diplomats in a frank discussion about the challenge of overcoming unconscious gender bias. Participants in the event held at the UN Library included leaders of the Geneva Gender Champions initiative: Michael Møller Director-General, United Nations Office at Geneva, Pamela Hamamoto, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva, William Lacy Swing Director-General of the International Organization for Migration and Kate Gilmore, Deputy High Commissioner for Human Rights. #GVAGenderChamps #IWD2016
