U.S. Hosts ITU Council Reception

ITU Secretary General Houlin Zhao speaks guests at a reception in honor of delegates to the 2018 ITU Council hosted by the United States Mission. As the governing body of the International Telecommunication Union, the Council brings together member states, businesses and NGOs to coordinate policies and ensure the world’s communication systems work.
