U.S. Delegation Briefs NPT PrepCom Delegations

The U.S. Delegation to the 2018 NPT Preparatory Committee - joined by Department of Defense officials at the Pentagon - held a special briefing for NPT states party on the 2018 Nuclear Posture Review and the U.S. commitment to creating the conditions for further nuclear disarmament. The DoD co-chairs of #NuclearPostureReview working group engaged #NPT States and civil society in an open and frank discussion of how the 2018 NPR works to ensure nuclear weapons are never used.
