U.S. Ambassador to the CD Robert Wood Press Briefing

U.S. Ambassador to the Conference on Disarmament Robert Wood previewed for the media U.S. priorities for the upcoming UN General Assembly First Committee meetings in New York. Those priorities include countering Russian and Chinese outer space and cyber threats; furthering steps to create the conditions for nuclear disarmament; and continuing to uphold the norms against the use of chemical weapons. The United States remains committed to promoting dialogue around issues in our national security interest and that of our partners and allies.
