U.S. Addresses the Human Rights Council as a Member for the First Time

June 19, 2009: Mark Storella, Chargé d'Affaires, U.S. Mission to the United Nations and Other International Organizations in Geneva, addresses the U.N. Human Rights Council. It was the first address to the Council by the United States after taking up membership.
