Visit of Deputy Secretary of State Sullivan to Geneva

At a town hall meeting with the U.S. Mission team, Deputy Secretary of State John J. Sullivan emphasized that diplomacy in Geneva cuts across key U.S. foreign policy objectives and noted the enduring importance of international partnerships. The Deputy Secretary is in Geneva to lead the U.S. Delegation in a July 17 U.S.-Russia strategic security dialogue with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov.
