The Threat to Free and Fair Elections in Venezuela in 2020

Briefing for the United Nations press corps focused on threats to free and fair elections in Venezuela in 2020 with Ambassador Andrew Bremberg, U.S. Permanent Representative to the U.N. in Geneva, Miguel Pizzaro, Venezuelan Presidential Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and to the United Nations, and Angel Medina, Elected Member of the Venezuelan National Assembly. The three will join additional Venezuelan participants at an event sponsored by the U.S. Mission and permanent Mission’s of Brazil and the Czech republic at the United Nations today and which will be webcast to the U.S. Mission Facebook page.
