Justice Antonin Scalia Speaks with Staff at the U.S. Mission in Geneva

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia visited the U.S. Mission in Geneva on July 13 and participated in an hour-long discussion and exchange with U.S. Mission Staff.

 

In his remarks, Justice Scalia reflected on the uniqueness of the separation of powers between the executive and legislative branches in the United States, and the critical role played by an independent judiciary.
