Maglev Chiller

On Earth Day, April 2009. the U.S. Mission took another step to consolidate its standing as the U.S. State Department's greenest diplomatic building when it brought on line an innovative air cooled chiller system based on magnetic levitation technology. The Maglev Chiller is based on the first sustainable compressor design in the air conditioning industry, and is the first large tonnage system of its kind in Europe.
