“Constitution-Making and Reform: Options for the process” was officially presented at the January 23rd Interpeace Partners Forum, held at and co-hosted by the U.S. Mission to the U.N. in Geneva. The day also marks the official handing over of the chair from the United States – represented by USAID-- to Sweden.
