Human Rights Council Delegations Raise Panels to request the floor at the Interactive Dialogue with High Commissioner Pillay after her annual report to the HRC. March 12, 2012 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.

 

Many delegates are wearing national dress (including American baseball cap!) since it was "National Dress" day at the UN Office at Geneva.
