Ambassador Robert King during Human Rights Council Discussion of North Korea

Ambassador Robert R. King, U.S. Special Envoy for North Korean Human Rights Issues addressed the Human Rights Council March 12, 2012. Speaking at the Interactive Dialogue with the Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights situation in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), King urged the Council to renew the special rapporteur's mandate.
