Ambassador Eileen Chamberlain Donahoe, the U.S. Representative to the United Nations Human Rights Council engaged in a public discussion on the U.S. role the HRC at the Geneva Center for Security policy January 24. The event was hosted by GCSP Director Ambassador Fred Tanner.
