Ambassador King Highlights Health in Post-2015 Era

Ambassador Betty King joined a number of experts and senior health officials, including Michel Sidibe, Executive Director of UNAIDS, to discuss the importance of health in the post-2015 era. The public event was hosted by the Graduate Institute of Geneva. Jan Knutsson, Ambassador of Sweden to the UN in Geneva, joined Ambassador King on her panel. In her comments Ambassador King highlighted the importance of the Millennium Development Goals process and the increasing importance of addressing non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
