U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys commander, Col. Seth C. Graves, receives a certificate of appreciation from the Korean National Police Gyeonggi Nambu Police Agency Oct. 27 at Camp Humphreys, South Korea. Kim, Dong Hyun, chief of the Foreign Affairs Division, Pyeongtaek Police Station, presented the award on behalf of Chief Superintendent General Kim, Won Joon, who was impressed with Graves during his visit to Pyeongtaek earlier this year.
