Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta is greeted by U.S. Ambassador to ASEAN David Carden while both were in Siem Reap, Cambodia, for meetings alongside ASEAN's ADMM gathering on Nov 16, 2012. The meetings took place just before the East Asia Summit and U.S.-ASEAN Leaders' Meeting in Phnom Penh.
