Ambassador Henry E. Ensher, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. representing the United States to the Vienna Office of the United Nations and the International Atomic Energy Agency. This photo was taken during an event featuring a talk by Dr. Cohen on Bertha von Suttner on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations. The event was jointly organized by the U.S. Mission to International Organizations in Vienna, The American Women's Association in Vienna, and the U.S. Embassy Vienna.
