CTBTO Event

Dr. Lassina Zerbo, Executive Secretary of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization, or CTBTO, gave a captivating presentation Monday, February 8 at the Amerika Haus in Vienna on the CTBTO’s global network of monitoring stations which relay near real-time information on possible nuclear tests around the globe. The CTBTO's capacities are critical to detecting and deterring future nuclear testing and are also highly relevant in analyzing recent developments on the Korean peninsula.
