Memorial to Mrs. Anna M. Jason
Window is placed in St. Paul's Church
Is of Tiffany Design and Is One of the Most Beautiful Windows in the City
A memorial window was placed on the east side of St. Paul's Episcopal church today to the memory of Mrs. Anna Jackson. The window will be placed where the Test memorial window formerly was, the Test window having been placed on the west side of the church. The Jason family requested this change of Rev. Dr. Test so that the Jason memorial window would be opposite the family pew.
The Anna M. Jackson memorial window is a Tiffany design, representing the Resurrection. It will be one of the most beautiful memorial windows in the city. Those who have seen it say that is the equal in color and workmanship of any of Tiffany's best efforts.
The Window will be dedicated Sunday and the following members of the Jackson family will be present: Mr. and Mrs. R.A. Jackson of Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Jackson of Charleston, W. Va., Mrs. Joseph Ruffner, of Charleston W. Va., and Mrs. Abigail Needham and Edward Needham, of this city.
